What we do

We specialize in three things: security camera placement, alarm system design and Ubiquiti UniFi home networks. We plan the whole system, choose the equipment, bring in the right installers, and make sure every part works before we call the job done.

What we don't do, on purpose

• We don't install. Installation is done by trusted local professionals, licensed where New York requires it, or by an installer you already know. Since we're not the ones doing the install, our whole job is making sure it's done right.
• We don't knock on doors or pressure anyone into a decision.
• We don't require contracts or monthly fees. You own your equipment and your recordings.

How installation oversight works

1. An exact plan. The installer gets a written plan: where every camera and sensor goes, what it must see or protect, and how it should be set up.
2. The right installer. We bring in professionals we trust, or brief the installer you choose.
3. Checks along the way. We check in at the key points, before walls are closed up and before cameras are permanently mounted.
4. Final testing. We review every camera view in daylight and at night, watch every alarm sensor get tested, and confirm that alerts reach you.
5. Handoff. We show everyone in the house how it works and leave a one-page guide.
