What you send us
When you request a consultation, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email (if given), town, address (if given), what you're interested in, and any notes. We use it only to respond to your request and to plan and carry out work you ask us to do.
We don't sell or rent your information. If you hire us and we bring in an installer, we share only what that installer needs to do the job, with your knowledge.
To protect the form from abuse, we also record the IP address and browser type that sent each request.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages are useful, and how many requests come in. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and general location. It does not give us your name or contact details. We've turned off Google's advertising features for this site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load Google Analytics at all. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com.
Advertising measurement
If we run ads, we may use the advertising platform's measurement tag (for example, the Reddit Pixel) to count how many people who clicked an ad later visited or sent a request. Like Google Analytics, it isn't loaded if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of work we've done. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
